It was flashed in news today that Delhi might lose the opportunity to host the 2010 Commonwealth games. The reason behind it is that the work in progress for the coming games is too slow and it might not be over by the defined time period.

If that happens then certainly it would be a matter of shame for India. If we fail to be prepared for the commonwealth games then it would be precise that we would not get to hold Olympics in India also.

This was one opportunity for India to show the world that like China we can also make good presentation for international games, but I believe the government is least concerned about it. It would be a bad name for India it fails to deliver the results at the right time.

I just hope that the responsible person wakes up at the right time and make sure that the game happens in this country and that too in a grand and beautiful way.
